Well it's been a good couple of days. The workout was good, not a lot of food but what I have had was healthy and have planned the rest of the day. Only went out one day this week which has been good (if a little excessive that one night) I feel positive and healthy. My weigh in today is the actuality, using two sets of scales was a silly idea which I have now rejected, so my weight is saying no loss but I know that it's actually about half a kg in two weeks, not very good but haven't really been trying until the last few days so we'll step it up next week (financially things are post Xmas tight) and hopefully I'll be under 83kg by next Sunday which would be pleasing. Guess I will have to buy some new clothes by the end of next week, hopefully anyway, have a good week.
