started Adkins today. Start wt was 258.5lbs. Goal weight when finished is 175lbs (but I'll settle for 180!). Pehaps unrealistic, but the monthly weight goals are:

On 1/31/12: 244
On 2/29/12: 232
On 3/31/13: 220
On 4/30/12: 208
On 5/31/12: 196
On 6/30/12: 186
On 7/31/12: 180
On 8/31/12: 175

Will begin P90X by 1/23/12. With Adkins induction food plan and 2 rounds of P90X I should be able to reach these goals.

Good for you for setting so many goals! Is p90x worth it? I've never done it?

I've started P90X a few times to be honest, and the last time I finished 7 weeks of it before work interfered (or maybe that's just my excuse). But it does work. I did not change my eating habits at all and lost 15 lbs in those 7 weeks. But I won't lie to you - it's very hard at first. But if you stick with it it gets easier and you WIll see a difference (but I guess that's like everything else huh?)
