So far so good. I just need to continue to manage the input with what is allowable. Sooner or later my metabolism will kick in and a few pounds will come off and I'll feel that confidence in my clothing. It was so much more enjoyable to shop when I weighed around 121-122. It seemed like everything fit. Right now that weight seems almost like a dream but I want to be there again. I love to dress-up and love feeling good in what I wear. Vain - I know it. If I want to think about through my Christian eyes then I do believe that God loves any way that we are but I also believe that God gave us a body to feel good about and to take care of. Part of losing the weight includes good exercise habits and I think that is vital to my enjoyment of life in the next couple decades. Right now I'm investing in my time with my grandchildren. Taking care of myself, exercising and keeping my weight down will allow me to say "yes" more often.
