ok, so after completely letting myself go and putting on 10 kgs here we go again.
169.8 lb Lost so far: 24.3 lb.    Still to go: 37.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1866 kcal Fat: 71.80g | Prot: 94.50g | Carb: 229.67g.   Breakfast: soy milk, fruit and fibre. Lunch: pasty, Smoked Mackerel, Cottage Cheese (Lowfat 1% Milkfat), Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables, Oil and Vinegar Salad Dressing (Home Recipe). Dinner: tomato soup. Snacks/Other: date, Gala Apples, Activia Yogurt. more...
