Well, it's been a couple of interesting days. I've been working out for an hour a day and doing great with it. So on Saturday evening we sat on the couch for a couple of hours watching tv and my back got quicky and sore. Went to bed because resting in bed will usually make my back feel better. Found it almost impossible to sleep for the cramps and pain. Went to work at the hospital Sunday and it was very busy. Spent most of the 14 hours standing on my feet and walking the halls. By the end of the day, I could hardly get to my car. Last night was long and painful; had a hard time just turning over in bed. Went to the chiropractor twice today and he's got me standing straight but still having intense muscle spasms if I move "the wrong way". He wants to see me again tomorrow. (It's a 45 minute trip each way). So, here I sit with an ice pack on my back, knowing it will probably be a couple of days before I can get back to the exercise. Bummer! I just hope the doc is able to make all this settle on down.
