I love my chiropractor!! I'm walking upright and can now get up out of a chair without nearly going to my knees first! Still have quicky spots and some muscle spasms if I move wrong, but sooo much better now! It is shocking just how fast one can go from feeling great to hardly moving. No injury--no significant incident--just a twinge while sitting on the couch, watching TV. I'm hoping tomorrow is a more "normal" day, but don't think I will attempt the workout, as I have to go in to work tomorrow night for my 12 hour tour of duty, and I never know what that will entail! Maybe I can restart the exercise routine on Friday after I sleep a while. So grateful that God has blessed me with a chiropractor who is good at what he does!

Ditto on the chiro. I usually cap my visit off with a deep tissue massage. A bit of heaven.
