Punks's Journal, 18 January 2017

Went out of town last weekend and didn't follow diet at all. It showed yesterday when I weighed. Said I gained 7 lbs, today it shows only 3 lb gain from last weigh in of 206. We'll see how well I do the rest of the week. Very high stress this week...
