Been off the wagon for a while. Started back up on my ketogenic diet(basically minimizing the carbs I eat to 30g) a few days ago. Back under 200 at 198.8. I have 1 "me" day a week. Next week it will be on Christmas Eve when the family comes over for dinner.

Some low carb meals I have been having:

We made some Asian Java Pro chops with Cheesy 'Au Gratin' riced cauliflower. That was delicious.

I made Pork Frid Rice(Cauliflower) with left overs for lunch. it was also delicious.

Breakfast consists of 3 eggs(scrambled) with 1/2 avocado, spinich, and bacon.

This is easy, I just get lazy about it.

Ha, I like it. I bought 2 bags from Costco and decided to make some stuff with it. It's a good replacement for me instead of rice.
