if you fall and eat a high calorie meal, lets say 3 pizzas or 1 burger, dont feel guilty, try to stick to the max calrories per day, lets say your breakfast is 400 calories, and you fall on the lunch with a 1000 calories meal, but your daily limit is 1700, just try to eat the last meal avoinding getting over your caloric deficit, even if you have to eat a bread and a tee as last meal, just eat that, and when you fall try to add an additional cardio trainning, moderate intensity 1 hour before bed, lets say some light movements, dancing, boxing etc, something slow pace for 1 hour that allows to burn, at least 300 extra calories, this way somehow you correct your mistake o that over 1000 calorie meal, the problem is when you screw it, eat bad, but keep eating the rest of the day with high calories and dont workout, thats when the weight gaining comes back
