Seriously, I have to stop eating roasted peanuts. Something is wrong with me in the recent days, I just can't stop eating it! Even when I'm after dinner, I'm craving to have some peanuts, and my brain can't stop thinking about it. Why do I have this feelings? There might be the stress due my university studies. When I eat peanuts, I always take a rest-time to watch my fav series. I think my brain connected the rest time meaning with eating nuts. Which is not good for sure. I don't want to gain weight back. I hope I will stop craving after the nuts soon... until I try to eat as healthy as I can.
