Had a hard time working out tonight because I have a bruise on the ball of my foot. I did suffer thru 14 minutes but that was all I could do. Damn these obstacles in my way...I get mad at myself for not working out more but what I have done is more than normal. Just got to keep at it.
As of today at weight of 219.4 my BMI is 37.45.

Just remember, it's all about baby steps. You still gave it a go, and that's a step in the right direction in my opinion! Take care of your foot, heal, and then onward again.

I agree with the heal and start up again! I got a broken blister on each heel from yesterday---ALWAYS SOMETHIN" :( But resume once again :)
