10:30am Woke up in the middle of the night because it was so windy. Power even went out for about an hour :-/ Still I had a decent nights sleep >:0) I'm very happy today, I realized I'm heading into 2 weeks of logging and tracking! That's a record for me >:0)
Finally, the guest room is preped and ready to paint YAY!! So I will be painting today. I love painting and changing the color of my walls. It's a great way to redecorate for under $100!! It's theaputic for me too >:0)
Challenges:
30lbs in 3 months - It's pretty early and I've already had 2 - 8oz glasses of water and the timer is set so in 40 minutes it will be another 8oz. I use the timer so that I get enough water in throughout the day instead of in 1 sitting or having to "chug" down to catch up >:0) Just my way of staying on task
Running Camp, 0-30 in 9wks - Today is rest day. I'm not even going to do my daily walk. I have some chores around the house that need to be done, actually looking forward to getting them done >:0)
Getting into a Routine - So far so good >:0)
