10:30am Slept great, didn't have to use the bathroom all night. I just have to remember to get all my water in before 4pm that seems to work the best as far as being able to sleep through the night without having to get up. I feel really good. My over-all mood seems light and relaxed. I'm very happy the way I'm eating and how I feel afterwards. Now that I'm seeing the scale go down, it's an uplifting and empowering feeling too >:0) I'm going to start another challenge, it's called 21 day challenge. Drink a glass of water and jump rope every morning. I think that's worth trying. I know I have the glass of water down, but I'm curious how I will do jump roping first thing in the morning >:0)
Challenges:
30lbs in 3 months - My water intake is around 64 ounces a day. Some days I drink alot more, but I'm very careful about getting in broth on those days so I can replace some of the salt that is flushed out.
Running Camp, 0-30 in 9wks - Walked for 45 minutes today, get my legs moving to finish this weeks mini challenge tomorrow >:0)
Getting into a Routine - I'm happy to say that things are going great. I'm journaling everyday and I make a full days menu, plus I've stuck to that menu and anytime I change something I immediately track it in my diet calendar.
