oh jenibee...NO....I TOTALLY BLEW IT!!! (crying hysterically in fetal postion ...lol) ;p.....im soo daggum frustrated with myself....i went for most of the night without cheating...but then i decided to taste the potatoes because they were to be sold ***pressure**...."one wont hurt"...it was a nightmare straight from pringles commercial..."one...then i couldnt stop"...THEN.....i ate two cupcakes the next morning..."well....i blew it last night...might as well"...anyways...i started back today...the only good thing that came out of that splurge was that i actually felt sick or "off" after eating that stuff...it used to give me sugar-highs....but not this time ...i felt miserable.....soo..ill keep that in mind next time i think about going off track....i love anything with cream cheese and all veggies...i just need to keep them on hand to shove in my mouth at desperate moments :)................and jigger...im actually going to try the nose plug thing because i wasnt craving the stuff, it was the fact that it was there and the aromas were literally in my face...so ill try that.......and the cheese tasting like ice cream...um...ok....;p...whatever works for you...lol.......thanks for the encouragement...yall are great!!!...hang in there this weekend!!!

We always learn when we totally blow it. Just pick ourseleves up and dust us off and we can get back on track quickly before we spin out of control. You'll have great new week.

Forget what happened. It will only make you feel bad and the whole point of this is to make you feel better. I found that for the first two to three weeks ry not to put yourself into a situation that you feel tempted. Only do that when you are stable on the diet and have got that feeling that that potato wont taste as good as thin feels. Pick your self and try again. We've all done it and know how you feel. Just focus on next week and how good you will feel whe the scales show a loss. Good luck. You can do it.
