Reason for adjustments
1.I have been starving for the past week. All I want to do is eat. I find some of it is out of boredom but most of the time I am HUNGRY!
2. I have changed my workouts. I have added one strength training day and I walk on the treadmill almost everyday. At least 2 days a week I do Burst Walking by walking 2 to 3 miles per hour and then run at 4 miles per hour every 5 minutes for an hour.
3.Weight has platued at 205 for a few weeks.
4. The Holidays. I want to enjoy the season without feeling deprived.
Changes 1.add one strength training day. Walk on the treadmill 5 to 6 days a week. At least 2 days a week I do Burst Walking by walking 2 to 3 miles per hour and then run at 4 miles per hour every 5 minutes for an hour
2. Increasing calories to 1800. The RDI calculator recommends 2300 for moderate weight loss. I have been eating anywhere from 1400 to 1700 calories a day. My thinking is I may not be getting enough calories for the increased physical activity. The increase will also allow for some treats this holiday season.
