The Dr has told me that things need to change.

I am 43 years old with super high cholesterol, degenerative disk disease, fibromyalgia and then the Dr. tells me I am pre diabetic too.

I was swollen, bloated and consitipated. I just felt TOXIC.
So .....My body was telling me I needed to make changes too.


Enough is Enough!!!!!

I am sick and tired of being fat.....litterally and figuratively.

I began my journey at 230 pounds.
I recently started using Fatsecret with a starting weight of 208 pounds
