Today is Dec 5th. I am starting over today. I finally am a little destressed, moved into my own apartment over the weekend and am almost finished unpacking. I went and got groceries yesterday and am packed with my low carb ammunition. Nothing in my apartment that I can't eat!

Here is my stragedy for the first 2 weeks:

1)Stay on plan, no cheating and do a clean induction.....it's only 2 weeks and I want to see how well I can do following the induction exactly.

2)Go for a walk around the apartment community at least one time a day, no exceptions. Walk to the mailbox, then around the outer lot, at least once......weather does not change this plan, unless there is a severe weather warning.

3)Drink lots of water.

My long term goal will be determined when I get close to it. And, it will take as long as it takes....but I want to be noticablly thinner and feeling healthier by my 55th birthday......about 4 months from today. By this summer, I want to look good in a swimming suit, because I plan on spending time at the pool.

197.5 lb Lost so far: 2.5 lb.    Still to go: 62.5 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
