It's been a rough week physically and emotionally. To make it worse, the scale wasn't reflective of my eating or activities. I'm trying to keep a psotive attitude and start each day new. Eating under 2000 calories a day is getting easier as well. It's nice to know it's not absolutely critical to plan everything I eat before the day begins to keep on track.
