The first weigh in since the start of bulking/ eating more. Trying to average a bit over 3000 calories a day to:
1. Try to gain some muscle
2. Get a feel for how many calories I burn a day
This weigh in was probably 1-2 lbs higher than expected (for calorie intake) since:
1. Muscle glycogen and water weight from increased carb intake
2. Bubs the night before (lots of sodium)
