I don't know what it is but there is a nasty flu getting around. I thought I had missed it but just in time for the weekend it grabbed me.
Still feeling yucky. Nearly 4 months on my countdown. Gotta get real and train.
Do I train and sweat this out or rest it up? I've had success and fails with both plans previously.
