Have been doing some RPM classes to help burn some energy. My legs are sooo sore now. It's nearly too much to roll on my foam roller. Need a massage desperately!
163.6 lb Lost so far: 1.8 lb.    Still to go: 15.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.8 lb a week
