Started again this morning. Changed the RDI to 1900 for 3 weeks. Then will drop to 1800, then will drop again. I am focusing on 1900 each day. It is doable - I've done it before. So I'm doing it again. I find sometimes I push too hard and try to jump right back to the level I was doing before life happened and I fell off the wagon, off the road, and down a steep incline so to speak. I started thinking about the miles and miles of fence line out west, where settlers fenced in these huge ranchs. How did they do it? Persistency and time....and they did it one post at a time. So, I've got yet another plan...this one is not crazy - and I will write it in pencil versus markers on my calendar. I overwhelm myself and that's not good. I am not setting myself up for failure, but success. I was angry with myself this morning....I mean, I got down to 206 back in just August and then lost my mind. I'm reaching that mini goal and will surpass that goal. Starting today.
