Having a rough time on my diet - I have been tired and just bored with my food - Need to shake it up and find some new recipes

Kind of sore and tired today - May let me back and knee heal up a little more before my next strength training session. Hit a little cardio today

Some good sites: skinnytaste, drizzlemeskinny, laaloosh, cookinglight. Some are labeled weight watchers recipes, but they are lightened up and good for anyone.

I find some really good recipes by "shopping around" in the recipes posted on this site by members. I just read some of the postings, find losses or other notes that sound interesting, and then check what recipes they have posted (sorry if this sounds like I'm just nosy, not my intent!) Sometimes the recipes sound good but don't meet my menu goals, but then I look to see what I can change to make them fit better. Good luck!
