Day 4, off to a nice start for this work weight loss challenge.
This morning been kinda of rough. feeling hungry every minute.
Drinking 148oz of water a day, and eating within my calorie intake.
Think this is just a mind over matter thing. Kind of like when i quit smoking after 20 years. hit that early spot when i just craved a smoke, feels kind of like that.
Pushing through.
