I'm a Restaurant manager, so i'm around food constantly.
As a classically trained chef and nutritionist, you think i wouldn't battle with weight. But I have battle weight my entire life.

Sports helped in school.
Military helped.
92' when I was discharged I was disable veteran and couldn't run like I used too.

I've learned to focus my activity on high energy items, yard work, building projects etc... and at work I'm always on my feet, but not always moving. so I don't get the exercise I need.
