Getting back on track. Remembering all the good things one can use to fill up the plate with few calories and carbs: cucumber and red onion salad, baba ghanoush, green beans... Trying to get back to working a bit harder to stay on plan. The gluten-free crumble came out fantastic. It's so delicious, you don't really feel like it's a substitute for anything-- it great as it is, and no need for any kind of flour or very much sugar. I'll make them regularly through blueberry season. Feeling a little better about myself after taking a week to settle back into my routine.
