EAS diet shake for breakfast with some almonds on the way to work.
Went with four of my friends to Jim 'n Nick's for lunch. This restaurant does not post any nutrition information on its website, so it is impossible to gauge how many calories I ate. I had 5 of those biscuits, a "pig in the potato patch" with pork and unsweet tea with splenda.
I'm not going to that place anymore until I've gotten my weight more under control.
