woot! =D the drinking water is working! it help get rid it =3

Water is great, that's all I drink, water, green tea and black coffee. Sometimes unsweetened almond milk but only 1/2 cup at a time w smoothies or oats. Hmmm oats! I'm going to make some cold oats for the morning. It's been a long time since I have had them and I do enjoy them so!
