266 for 3 weeks....makes me wanna binge.
266.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 66.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

look back thru your food menu an tweak it ..mabye its to much salt, sugar..just check into it an mabye you can find the answer you need

Find out what your recommended daily intake it and half it, keep your daily intake of carbs below 100g (preferably under 50g), avoid white bread/pasta/potatoes and alcohol - but more importantly, give yourself a treat once a week - you will lose weight!
