Lost a little over a lbs yesterday even though I felt I ate a bit over my calories. This morning I could not believe it I blinked at the scale thinking it was wrong. I am feeling better and want to start jogging again by next week.
125.9 lb Lost so far: 4.1 lb.    Still to go: 12.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
