Rainy day today. for the most part my Gym was shut down so I was forced outside for my exercise. did 2.5 mile walk in 36:12. did my series of crunches 25/25/25 X 2. excited (my weight has stabilized at 198lbs) lost 1 inch on my neck and .5 on my waist. Hope to keep losing during the next week. Misty I haven't forgot our deal. I will provide a before and after pic of the last 30days. abs are still forming and sides hurt like h*ll. I started the front and sides planks today also. 1 minute on the front and 30 seconds on the sides.
