I am feeling very proud of myself as I have made a plan and I am sticking to it! My son leaves for a week-long trip tomorrow and so I let him choose what to have for dinner tonight. He wants to go to a steakhouse, and I was able to readjust my lunch idea to eat some minestrone from the freezer, leaving me plenty of room to enjoy dinner without going way over or feeling deprived.

Sometimes the little victories are the best. It makes me feel like I am getting into the swing of this again. :)
