For me, I like to give anything 3 to 4 weeks. I've been doing IF for 6 weeks and it feels like I own it now. It's not a diet anymore for me now. Feels like a new pattern of living. Good luck.

Depends on the plan. Assuming you are eating the same carbs and calories every day, and are religiously tracking daily intake and daily scale weight - 7-10 days of data will tell you everything you need to know. Are you religiously logging your daily intake and weight?
