i can't believe i'm back here again. ok, i did overeat last night, i must confess. i'm now on a diet regime of 1000 calories a day (to make allowances for snacks) that i will stick to for the next week and see how it goes. if there isn't at least half a kilo of improvement, i'm going to eat nothing but oats until i reach my goal. and that will be that.
104.3 lb Lost so far: 10.4 lb.    Still to go: 5.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

The less you have to lose the slower it comes off. A pound a week or even a half a pound a week is very normal for someone who is already at a very low weight and doesn't have much to lose. If you eat 1000 a day, focus on lean protein and high fiber foods and get some exercise, you will lose, firm up and look great. Exercise is key when you don't have much to lose. It will also help you keep it off so you don't keep yo-yoing up and down. Good luck!
