Well maybe my Wednesday weigh in was a blip. It happens sometime. My target is 89 by Monday morning. That seems to be possible if I behave this weekend. I am putting steak on my menu for tonight. Just a small one and grilled with only a little olive oil, plus a potato. That is a treat but dangerous for the weight.
196.2 lb Lost so far: 8.8 lb.    Still to go: 15.4 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
