So I stalled for about 10 days. Kind of a comedy of errors. /// First I OD'd on Fiber. I got about 50 grams of it one day because of those fantastic Pumpkin Induction cookies (flax). /// Then ate too much bacon for a couple of days, causing water gain. /// Did everything right for a while..then realized that I had stopped exercising. 3 days ago started working out again at curves, and have lost almost 3 pounds since then. /// My goal is 70#s lost by the first of the year. That is 6 weeks for 19 pounds. Possible since I lost 13#s last month. Crossing fingers.
