woohoo! looking good! in two minds about having popcorn tonight for dinner at the movies. i can afford the calories but the water retention will affect my weight tomorrow, and that might affect my spirit. will see how i feel later about it.
103.0 lb Lost so far: 11.7 lb.    Still to go: 3.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
