well, i did have popcorn, and my weight is up as i predicted. it will be gone by tomorrow :) so its ok. i didn't even have the whole box. i gave half of it to nicole - so only had about 3 cups. quite proud of myself for that ;)
103.6 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 4.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
