woohoo! two days of decent dieting and i'm down a kilo! sure, it's just water, but it's also inspiring ;) at this rate, i only have to diet this strictly until the end of the week, which is actually the plan, regardless of what my weight is on monday. i start adding calories back from next week.
104.7 lb Lost so far: 9.9 lb.    Still to go: 5.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
