I made my target to be below 90 kilo's in two weeks while I sinned heavily on Sunday. I am glad I did not get punished too much in terms of weight for my indulgence this weekend.

Now the hard part starts. The first kilo's is easy, it is the last ones that are hard. I do not think I can make my target if I do not increase my exercise or drink less. :(
197.3 lb Lost so far: 7.7 lb.    Still to go: 16.5 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
