Sticking to the plan:) No cravings but having some difficulty with bOrInG food. This next prep/plan for coming week will have to include some flavor even though Im keeping it simple.

Perhaps try some stir fry dishes and add spices to give it a unique flavor. Maybe a salad with fruit coming in season in your area? A new bbq sauce or marinade.

I eat a lot of thai-style curries. Coconut milk based, low in sugar and carbs.
