Feel like I need to keep a closer watch over my calorie intake. So easy to go over. Working on my water for the day and now recording it on my food counter. No exercise today:/ to bad my mouth doesnt count. I exercised it alot today. lol

It is so easy to go over. I also watch my sodium with everything else. And i been drinking more water. I dont know exactly how much, i know i drank around 32 ounces. Thats alot for me lol but keep it up, tracking everything is very helpful i find!

Yes it is easy to go over on calories. I go for food volume, low calorie density foods. It helps me feel full longer. I have a 3L jug of water that I drink every day. I don't count the other liquids I drink.
