I have really been wanting some nachos...and tonight I had them ^.^ for only 713 calories, and 953 mg of sodium. I came in way under my calories for the day and still have about 400 mg of sodium I could have used :) And to top it off, they were yummy! I used turkey burgers, multi grain scoops, sharp cheddar, some taco seasoning, no salt sweet corn, and some on the border salsa (I actually prefer Pace but has like 2-3 times the sodium)I didn't have any lettuce (gotta hit the store tomorrow) but I was very pleased with the outcome :) (and yea, I am pretty picky if that tells ya anything lol.

Hey, I think it's amazing that we can still eat foods that we enjoy AND lose weight. Does it get any better than this? :)

everything within reason :) I've even had a brownie sundae ^.^  
Great way of not depriving yourself and still doing it in a healthy way. I may have to do that on my next beef day. But for tonight I am splurging on a lean burger and sweet potato fries. Can't wait :-)
