I'm going to start logging my run times for future reference. Today was freezing cold and I wore two pairs of sweat shirts and leggings and pants over that. Wasn't feeling it but I ran 6 miles in 50 minutes which equates to 7.2 miles per hour (6/50 times 60) and 8:33 so 8.3 minutes per mile (50/6=8.33). I can usually cut this down to 6 miles in 35-40 min. Not that bad, wasn't like I was booking it today. You could unhinge something in that cold. Let's see if I can keep it up. I'll try to run at least once a week. I don't like running.
