Had to go back to strict low carb eating - Please encourage me! I want to lose 60 pounds to actually reach my goal weight that I've been shooting at for 4+ years now...UGH!
To my fellow LC followers - I've just discovered a plethora of FREE - yes, FREE - resources at Amazon.com. Many cookbooks and resources are available for Kindle (ALSO FREE!)I've downloaded 14 or so in the past few days...Just passing that along if you didn't know...

best of luck Rreed... I have faith that you can do it... I may be shooting myself in the foot.. I added some fruit into my diet... Yikes... Im hoping that I am still sliding down the slide and not trying to walk up it again...
