Well 4 years ago with only a few pounds to go I had a bad motorcycle accident. Back, neck and hip injuries. I went form 177 to 212 in 4 years. Not bad considering the shape I was in. I went from 212 to 185 since December now I can work out again and run starting last weekend so now it time to get back to my fighting weight of 170. Only fifteen pounds to go. I'm going to try for 4 pounds a week wish me luck
