Penlan's Journal, 27 February 2016

Lovey, lovely, lovely.

I was able to eat my dog's dinner of a main meal raw instead of cooked. Salad vs stir fry would be the conventional label, though the cooked version is cooked at 60 degrees celcius so not exactly a fry.

I eat the same basic food every day, albeit in different proportions and with a limited but variable protein source. All chopped up and mixed together, cooked or raw. It's all a dog's dinner to look at... my bowlful just a bit more colourful I suppose.

Raw made a nice change today :) makes me feel as though Spring is round the corner and it saves on washing up the pan. I had a bowl to do instead. Things just get better and better. I didn't have raw green cabbage or spinach, so that was novel. I still had raw pak choi and sprouts :)

Things change. All good things come to she/he who waits. Raw food takes even longer to eat. Another plus, I like eating my food.
