No more indigestion. Increased water and fiber. Pulled out the George Foreman Grill for the chicken. Jumped on scale this am., appears water is being pulled subcutaneous. Maybe there is abs under my flabdomin. Great weather today for a urban bike ride. Can't wait for consistently nice weather to hit the bike trails in Palo Duro Canyon.
