Day 1 went well. Stayed within my recommended 1900 calories. recorded everything I ate. Worked a 12 hour split day. Started this morning with a Slim-fast shake (I hate eating in the morning!!!!). Have a packed lunch of a slim-fast bar, apple, orange and yogurt for snacks.

You might want to check simple protein shakes out. Slimfast unfortunately contains a lot of sugar, at least last time I looked.
