Not a great week for me but I guess something is better than nothing. Right? I really didn't exercise much this week I wasn't feeling all that good had a cold. I did pick up weights when I did exercise that was a start. This week I'm feeling alot better not 100% but much better so I'm getting back to the routine. Good luck everyone happy losing!!!!!
250.2 lb Lost so far: 38.8 lb.    Still to go: 75.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
